Reporting Guidelines
RFBio acknowledges reports of unethical behavior, including unfair demands from executives and employees, acceptance of money or entertainment, unfair work practices, inappropriate accounting practices, sexual harassment, and other misconduct. We commit to conducting thorough internal investigations into these reports and implementing swift corrective actions to address any identified issues.

The identity and specific details of individuals who report ethical management concerns will be kept confidential at all times.
We encourage your interest and involvement in promoting ethical practices within our organization.
1. Personal Data Collection:

RF Bio Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") processes the following personal data:

1) Customer Consultation Service Operation: Company name, personal name, contact information, email address, complaint details.
2) The following personal data may be automatically generated and collected during the use of internet services
: IP address, cookie, access log, MAC address, service usage record, visit record, misuse record, etc.

2. Purpose of Personal Data Processing:
The Company processes personal data for the following purposes. Personal data being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

To operate customer consultation services, personal data is processed for verifying the identity of the complainant, confirming the complaint, contacting and notifying for factual investigation, and notifying the result of processing.

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Data:
The Company processes and retains personal data within the personal data retention and use period as stipulated by law or within the agreed-upon personal data retention and use period when collecting personal data from the data subject. It is retained during the period of customer service operation and is not used for any other purpose.

4. Right to Refuse Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Data:
Users have the right to disagree with the above collection and use of personal data. However,
the collection and use of personal data are essential for the Company to operate the site, and users who do not agree to the collection and use of personal data are restricted from using customer consultation services.
